Finalists will be screened during the festival at selected venues in Crystal Palace, London, a 'Transmitter' awarded to the winners of each category and a best in festival chosen. A prestigious panel of celebrity and industry expert judges will be selecting the winners from the finalists chosen by Harlequin Productions.

student fee: £12. Cheques made payable to Harlequin Productions.
All entries must be on DVD (any region) and are non-returnable.
After March 19th later submission fees apply:
Before April 19th: £20, students: £15.
Before May 19th: £25, students: £20.
Before June 19th: £30, students: £25.
